BUILDING WEALTH

Jacob Securities Private Wealth combines lengthy market experience with tailored financial strategies. Our goals are twofold: preservation of capital and asset growth.

Meeting your goals

In a professional relationship, you want experienced and informed advice. Our collective expertise and market sense underpin our investment strategies.
Where needed, we will raise risk issues. As financial markets evolve, we will make the case for needed strategy adjustments. As an independent firm, Jacob Securities can construct our portfolios without product bias.

You need your financial goals professionally assessed, and followed up with a sound diagnosis for action.
A measure of good investment guidance is the confidence to propose a change in strategy when conditions dictate it.

Types of portfolios can range from retirement accounts to complex trust and tax structured accounts.
For all these accounts, the investment objectives are the same: Build a prudent growth or income strategy, then report and explain the account’s progress – clearly and consistently.

PLANS AND SOLUTIONS

Transaction based accounts

Decisions are implemented through on-going discussion between client and advisor. Transaction accounts allow a high level of client involvement with the investment strategy and investment mix.

Fee based accounts

Fee based accounts enjoy the full range of investment vehicles and services. The defined fee structure separates trade decisions from the cost of individual transactions. This assists in eliminating under performers, or in re-balancing assets

Structured plans

Jacob Securities offers a full range of structured investment plans, including retirement plans, tax free savings accounts, and corporate class tax advantaged vehicles.

Investing, at its core, is a balance of capital preservation and realistic positioning for capital growth. We are not believers in “black box” solutions and overly diversified management styles. At all times, the portfolio should be understandable to the investor.
